Fees: please contact me directly for current rates. Payment is due at the time of each session, and I accept cash, checks, and Venmo as forms of payment.

Insurance: I am an out-of-network provider. Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services, but coverage varies widely. I encourage you to contact your insurance company before our first session to understand your specific benefits. I will provide a monthly super bill for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement.

Some questions to ask your insurance provider when inquiring about out-of-network benefits:

  • Do I have out of network benefits?

  • If so, what is my out of network deductible?

  • Once I have met that deductible, what percentage will
    insurance reimburse me for?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?

  • Is there a limit to my coverage?

Cancellation Policy: Ifyou need to change or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. Please call to cancel or reschedule; if you text, the appointment is not considered cancelled until I have confirmed your message.
