My practice specializes in working with couples, helping partners improve communication, navigate conflict, and foster deeper connection and understanding.

I provide couples, family, and individual therapy in Greenwich, Connecticut, and virtually throughout Connecticut.

I also work with individuals and families experiencing:

  • Major life transitions

  • Emerging adulthood

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Self-esteem issues

  • Stress management and coping skills

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a focus on individuals, couples, relationships, and parenting/families. After receiving my B.A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, I went on to receive a Juris Doctor degree from the Cardozo School of Law in New York City. I completed my Master of Social Work at Fordham University.

I am also the co-founder and co-executive editor of the online parenting publication, Motherwell Magazine, and a freelance writer on subjects related to parenting and families; my work has appeared in The Washington Post, Modern Loss, among other publications.
